The National Environment Agency (NEA) has suspended the licence of a foodstall at 65 Airport Boulevard #B2-LF2 Changi Airport T3 - Basement Level 2 South Singapore 819663 under the Points Demerit System. The period of suspension is two weeks from 06/09/2010 to 19/09/2010.
The name of the suspended foodshop is " Roasted ". The licensee, has accumulated 14 demerit points over the last 12 months for the following offences:

Depending on his past record, a licensee who accumulates 12 or more demerit points during a 12-month period may have his licence suspended for a period of either two or four weeks, or completely revoked.
NEA takes a serious view of these offences and would like to remind food operators to observe good food and personal hygiene practices at all times, and to engage only registered food handlers. NEA will not hesitate to take firm action against anyone found to be in violation of the Environmental Public Health Act.
In the interest of maintaining a high standard of food hygiene at all eating establishments, we would also like to encourage members of the public to assist in providing feedback on malpractice by hawkers or operators of these establishments by calling the NEA hotline, 1800-Call NEA (1800-2255632).
