Climate Change Programme Department (CCPD)

CCPD will help strengthen NEA's capabilities on climate change issues and enhance NEA's efforts to respond to international and regional developments on Climate Change, including negotiation on technical issues under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol. The Department is to coordinate NEA's Climate Change efforts across the full spectrum of international negotiations, national communications, Singapore's vulnerability study, and the inter-agency mitigation and adaptation efforts.
