Corporate Communications Department
The Corporate Communication Department (CCD)'s role is to position NEA as an effective player in maintaining and enhancing Singapore's clean living environment and good public health standards. To this end, it works to foster public understanding of NEA's initiatives and issues through proactive publicity, events and campaigns. It is also the guardian of the NEA corporate brand and image.
As part of its key responsibilities, CCD's scope of work covers the following areas:
- Strategic media relations for more comprehensive coverage of NEA's initiatives and events
- Strategic information management via proactive PR planning
- Advise on media issues and crisis communications
- Manage the NEA internet
- Enhance internal communications for NEA staff
