Background
The Corporate Environment Champions Programme aims to create a pool of environmentally proactive individuals in the corporate sector. These Environment Champions will then partner NEA in driving environmental and public health initiatives in their companies.
Workshops
The Partnerships Department of NEA organizes training workshops to equip Corporate Environment Champions with the skills to plan, implement and communicate successful environmental campaigns in their organizations.
NEA's partners are invited to share how they have put into place environmental initiatives and efforts in engaging the community on environmental issues.
NEA officers also share comprehensive information on various environmental issues.
Some of the companies already on board the Environment Champions Programme include Hitachi Semiconductor, Keppel Shipyard, NEC, Nokia, Singapore Airlines and organizations like HSA, MOM, DSTA, SPRING and JTC.
