The Finance Department formulates and implements financial policies and procedures and establishes a financial framework to provide for efficient management of funds and effective allocation of financial resources. It also provides advice and support on financial matters to NEA's divisions and departments to help them execute their operations efficiently, and optimises the use of NEA’s financial resources in partnership with all in the organization.
