Industrial Allocation (for industrial developments only)
- Application for approval of location and type of industrial development
Application for Sewerage and Drainage Information
-QPs apply for sewerage and drainage information related to their development site

Development Control
-QPs submit DC plans of their development for Clearance
|
Building Plans and Detailed Plans
-QPs prepare BPs/DPs and submit the plans with standard application forms in compliance with NEA's requirements
|
Application for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP)
-QPs apply for TOP once the sanitary/ sewerage works and/or building works related pollution control are completed
|
Application for Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)
-QPs apply for CSC once the sanitary/ sewerage works, drainage works and building works related pollution control and environmental health are completed in accordance with the registered plans
