Human Resource Development
The Human Resource Department (HRD) provides professional HR services in the areas of career development, performance management and learning & development.
It has developed a Talent Management Framework to identify, develop and groom high potential officers via posting, participation in project task forces/other curricula activities, etc.
As part of its role, the department facilitates career movements and empowers our staff in mapping their own career paths. It also facilitates succession planning in NEA as well as develops and grooms potential successors. It builds up the professionalism of staff, enhances the learning culture in NEA and nurtures the learning habits in staff through various training programmes.
