Summary Of Radiation Protection (Transit and Transhipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2007

These Regulations were first implemented in July 2007. Exemption will apply to any radioactive material or irradiating apparatus:
- brought into Singapore in transit or on transhipment; or
- carried as part of the equipment of any vessel or aircraft coming into Singapore.
