	Description	Service Standards

1.	Feedback/Appeals received via Calls, Emails, Letters & Faxes	We will respond to you within 3 to 5 working days. For appeal cases, we will respond within 14 working days.
2.	Contact Centre	We will answer your call within 20 seconds.
3.	Customer Service Centre-CSC	We will attend to you within 15 minutes from the time the queue ticket is issued.

1.	Application for Foodshop/Foodstall Licence	We will process your application within 3 working days upon receipt of complete and accurate submission of all required documents.
2.	Application For Hawker Licence	We will issue a licence to the applicant within 7 working days provided that the applicant meets all eligibility criteria, clears all required screenings and does not owe NEA any arrears
3.	Application for courses at the Singapore Environment Institute	We will provide successful online registrations with an immediate course application acknowledgement page for print-out.
